Anyone accessing this website assumes the role of user, undertaking to observe and comply strictly with the provisions set out herein, as well as with any other applicable legal provisions.

11.-FORCE MAJEURE
The company shall not be liable in any case for the impossibility of providing the service if this is due to prolonged interruptions to the electricity supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous event.
12.-DISPUTE RESOLUTION. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms of Use, as well as the use of the Website, are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of the registered office of the website’s data controller.
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Use be unenforceable or void under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative ruling, such unenforceability or voidness shall not render these General Terms and Conditions of Use unenforceable or void as a whole. In such cases, the company shall modify or replace this provision with another that is valid and enforceable and which, to the extent possible, achieves the objective and intent reflected in the original provision.
